All aboard the Christmas Special at Heatherslaw Light Railway! Join us for a magical festive journey through the beautiful Northumberland countryside on one of our specially decorated steam trains.
Our Christmas trains will be running in conjunction with the Ford & Etal Estates Christmas Market, making it the perfect winter day out for the whole family. Enjoy the sights, sounds, and scents of the season with:

Passengers are invited to pick one of 5 trains (each day) for a return journey from Heatherslaw along our magically extended line to the 'North Pole Station'. The trains will be hauled by steam locomotive Bunty. Binky our diesel may be substituted if necessary.
